My kicker has balloned to 325lb and BMI 38 because he is prone to weight gain. I've put him in the nutrition centre, but is it worth it considering that apparently the BMI means nothing at the moment? Should I jettison big boned players or are they ok to keep?

big boned players .... lol !

Ignore any mention of weight/height/BMI etc etc ........ it's meaningless at the moment.
If you've got LardArses or Stick Insects, Giants or Dwarves ... don't worry about it.

yeah that was the vision - a world where no one sees anyone as big , small black white
Give me your lards, your Dwarrs,
Your Stick Insects yearning to be glee,
The wretched giants of your teeming shore.
Send these, the homeless, tempest-tost to me,
I lift my lamp beside the Stadium door!

Thanks guys. I also have a player that has a strength reduction because he's a stick insect. Shall I ignore this also, or put him in the nutrition centre?

If you have a spare slot in the torture chamber a.k.a. nutrition centre, then there's no harm in putting him in. However, the 'strength reduction' messages relate to Engine Version 2 which never appeared. In the current engine his strength isn't reduced.

Depends whether you're a believer in a New Engine arriving soon, and that New Engine using height/weight/BMI in it's calculations. My memory might be playing tricks on me here, but when the V3 Engine was supposedly imminent, there were announcements about several things in V3 (weather affecting games, penalty flags during games etc), but I don't think height/weight/BMI was ever officially mentioned.

Of course, you could just be like me and whether it's boredom or lack of other interesting things to do....................put all your players on intense diet and exercise programs and/or weight maintenance regiments just so you can have the prototypical NFL height and weight numbers for each position. It does nothing currently, but sure do like having that offense line average about 6'5" and 350 lbs

Seriously....couldn't do it. Would just look funny to me. My entire O-line is 6'1" to 6'7" tall and 313 lbs to 360 lbs. If they are starters on my team, they somewhat resemble the proportions of an NFL player....just gives me something to do with an otherwise useless nutrition center
