Where does experience rank on the list of important attributes?
Franky, I only use experience as a measurement of talent. If I see a 3½ BPOS player and his experience is 4+ stars, then I know his talent is 2 or below. (You cant't use it the other way around - that a 3 BPOS player with only 2 star experience has i high talent... sadly).
I have read that TC influences your game, so I would guess that experience does as well. It could be a modifier for certain rolls and here I am thinking aboot CB's rolls for deflecting passes, MLB's calling the play, QB's seeing the route.
So more or less a modifier to tactical skills and perhaps in clutch situations like field goals and 3rd and long.

Experience has nothing to do with talent or BPOS. No relation what so ever.
All experience does is allow a player to gain team consistency faster.
So it really is a useless skill/rating.

I'm not entirely convinced it's purely for team chemistry. I'm one of those people who think it might have a small influence in match performance.
But then again, it's all entirely speculation either way.
