How do you read the training graph in the top right corner of each players skills page

You need a supporter account to view it.

I believe it shows you the training points for each skill. Someone with supporter should probably confirm or correct this.

Correct, you can see training points.
And the supporter bonus, you can see caps immadiatly.

each colour/shade segment is 5 points. 100 in total. far left is 0, far right is 100. each 100 a player gains, that skill goes up.
