i've read that it is bad to have too high a strength value on your quarterback as this will stop him from throwing properly. what would be considered to be a too high strength value? 10+? 15+?

stg is not an issue in the current engine so best option is have one for the current and look for one to take over on the new engine, if i remember 13-15 was optimal for stg in V2, V3 might be different.
