Depending on caps, then as project sats. Don't sell him since he won't net a million... Perhaps only 250.000, I guess.

Yep, train fitness and see what caps you end up with. Then make your decision after that.
Because of intelligence QB, MLB, Safety is out. Consistency... I would argue that Kicker is out.
It's rather low speed and strength to begin with so I would be worried that the physicals are going to send up being pretty low.

Train his fitness caps pronto. His intel rules him out of QB, MLB and SF though should be good for pretty much every other position if he has high enough fitness.

yeah, pretty sad that his intel was low...........but still, what about WR?
If his speed/strength cap low, is TE in question?
Problem is he probably will NEVER reach a 4.5 talent cap, unless I train him for a long time, and that's probably unlikely.
GOOD thing is he is 16 and he could probably hopefully get about 3-4 pops in skill this season.......that's good. which is better than my 19 yo 4.5er right now training as RB......
I got a 4er that is short but will have to do for a QB b/c he has 20 intel.
so basically he is not really a good skill-wise pickup but he IS a good talent pickup to where I could fill in some SP/ST for his first 2 seasons......

His skills would be alright for WR/TE, providing his fitness caps well.

all players take 3-5 season to fully develope. if you don't wanna play the waiting game. might as well sell him while he is 16yo and uncapped. if any of these details change, then he is worth peanuts.
