What is the most important attribute for an OLB - strength, speed, or are they both equally important?
I'm currently facing a dilemma, because I have a linebacker with 20 strength who's just capped on 16 strength - should I keep him as an OLB or is 16 strength simply too low for this position? Should I start retraining him now as CB or WR?

Which speed are you talking about?

If you are ever feeling down, just know that neither of Dorfenschmirtz's parents showed up to his birth.

I go for speed over strenght for OLB and the other way around for MLB.. Im assuming you mean 20 speed/16 strenght? Depends on your needs really, Id say he could do fine for OLB although 17+ str wouldve been nice WR unless you really need him on OLB

Talent 3.5, so he's definitely a keeper.

If you dont have any 3,5+ for any of the positions Id stick him at WR
