Hello.
I just arrived in D.III and when I saw the other teams, I saw they have good WR..
It's why I'm asking this question: What formation I can use to stop the WR ?? stay in 4-3 is good ?? Use a 3-4 is better ???

I hope you say me any formations

PS: Sorry for my english

What you really should (and only thing you can do) is to line your best CB on the same side and then your best FS on the same side.

If you run either 3-4 og 4-3 then you should make sure that you play two Defensive Ends since they apply the pressure on the QB.

If he has one safety that is noticeably better than the other, shouldn't he play with just one safety rather than try to match that safety up with the better WR?

Yes... But if the other safety is remotely in the same league, then play both. Otherwise, you are tight. play one FS/C.

I'd say that if he has troubles deciding who to play, then play both. Otherwise as a wise manager once said - play your best 11 players and in a formation that matches them (with at least 2CB and 1 FS).

The idiosyncrasy of this match engine demands that the more important a position is, the less players you should place in that position. Therefore passing left and having one receiver(WR or TE) on that side makes for better results than having two or three receivers on that side. Likewise, you can cram the least important position in defense, DT/NT, with 3 players, and play a 5-3 system with a single good safety at the back.
