Should I keep my main QB or let the younger one play when he has passing and vision 13 ?

It's going to take a long time until the younger QB gets to vision 13, so you may have to go with him earlier, if you think the extra max skill point is worth it.

you mean the extra star (4 stars talent ) instead of 3 stars talent?

Well, Greco has 3* bpos right now, so you should continue using him during league games that matter. Tschiderer is not even listed as a QB right now, so he must be 2* bpos or less for the QB position. I would use him in all friendlies and all bot matches until his bpos are equal or higher than Greco. Once the bpos are equal or higher, then I would start Tschiderer. By that time, his skills should be high enough to make the boost in bpos worth it

The extra talent star will mean that he eventually maxes at 4.5 BPOS compared to 4, and 18 skills compared to 16. You would have to develop the 3 star talent to an absolute stud if you wanted to use him in higher divisions as BPOS seems to count more than skills IMO. (Sorry, I misread the 3 talent as a 3.5, which makes the decision easier for me - you will need to use the 4 talent for the future. Maybe shuffle them around so you use the 4 talent against bot teams and friendlies, and use the other guy against human teams until the difference doesn't matter so much).

+1, The older QB is much better currently. Switch to the younger QB when his BPOS is higher than the older QB.

Well... you're not getting promotion or relegation this season, so I would play the youngster all games to give him max BPOS.

Next season, you should only play him in friendlies until his BPOS is good enough.

Yup... He is fifth now and should have his hands full next season. Use the youngster now and then see who's best when the next season starts.

If / when the youngster takes over the reels, stop training the old one in anything that will affect his wages... Thereby, you keep a decent and cheap backup on your team.
