Are their rates of increase proportional to games or plays i.e. if a player is on the field for more plays, will his exp increase faster or is it simply given a set amount of increase for the game?

So if I had a player play Off, Def and ST will he get Bpos for all 3 positions and a triple exp increase compared to normal?
