How do you change a players position?
do you just play him at the new position for x number of games? or what

Yes. But it will take from 10 to 20 games to gain one BPOS star in the new position.

I have done it many times, but you should have capped physicals before you start moving positions.

How long does it usually take to max out physicals?

depends on too many factors.

with training hall and full 20 fitness coaches, normally 3 weeks to raise 1 skill point.

if you dont have the above, then about 8 weeks each skill.

Teamwork is a big factor too, as a player with 20 teamwork will get 10 extra points, as opposed to a player with 1 teamwork, who will only get 1 extra point. Over the course of a season, that's 180 points to 18. So almost 2 additional skill points per season for the player with 20 teamwork
