And remember, your backup QB does not need to be a QB.

With 1 or 2 good alrounders on offence, all your backup and ST needs can be taken care of in a very cost effective way.

Sounds like a high school football roster. But is very smart financial move.

At the moment my backup QB is better than my Franchise QB. Not sure if I should get another backup or not.

Sir, you have 6 young players whose primary position is QB. Find the one guy in your whole team with the highest talent, intelligence and consistency, train him as the backup QB, and let him take over as franchise QB once his BPos overtakes the current one.

well some of those other QB's are going to play different positions depending on physical stats. My future franchise star is a 4.5 talent with 18 int and 15 consistency who will hopefully soon replace my 2.5 star talent starter.

Then you are fine at QB for now, just let the 2.5* be the back up once the 4.5* talent takes over. Down the line you can find a young high talent qb to start training and be the back up. A back up is only used if you have an injury, so it's not that big of a deal.
