and I suppose it depends upon whether height/weight is included in the new engine.
What about Gunner, presumably a 5-9 Gunner isn't the end of the world ?

I would bet that advantages of greater height in the new engine, such as better catching, will be offset by disadvantages to abilities like agility and footwork.
IRL, a small tight-end, pitched against cumbersome linebackers and tall corners and safeties, has a better chance of finding separation in a close situation. They can also perform more awesome cut-blocks on blitzing secondaries. If a coordinator can make mismatches happen in the right areas, it can cause great difficulties for a defence.
How much of this will be applied to the game engine? Probably not a lot - but I should doubt that height, or a lack of it, will affect any position significantly.

lol ... forgot to mention, I seem to be hedging my bets anyway ... I've just bought a 6'9" TightEnd ...

I have one who is 6'0" and the other is 6'8". My best wide receiver is 5'9", but there's one in training who's 6'9". I'm pretty sure it won't make a fig's worth of difference either way.

I hope you're right, I just had a quick look at my Roster ...they are a real odd mixture of heights, weights & BMI ... if they do introduce height/weight/BMI I'll be totally stuffed ... then again, I suspect that I won't be the only one though
