OK .... I've got max VIP's ...my EXEC's are 700-ish from Max, but I've got the money, just waiting for a suitable build time (probably soon when I'm out of the Regional Cup).
I've got a Level 20 Fitness Coach ...and that's it.

What do I spend the money on next ? in which order should I do things ?
fitness centre ?,training hall ?,club shop ? , other coaches ?
more seats ?

Thanks in advance.

Should I wait a week and buy both fitness and Def coaches or should I buy fitness coaches and wait tillthe fitness skills cap and then buy defensive and attcking coaches?

Yes. Wait to buy the def/att coaches until a significant part of your players are training other skills than physical.

Also - Buy 20 at a time.

In short:

VIP
EXEC
Club Shop
Get to 35k
Fitness Centre
Fitness Coach Max
.... wait for skills to cap ....
Defensive / Attacking coach
Get to 50k+ if you are in IV+
Training Hall
.... wait until you can see if you need more seats ....
Perhaps doctors if you want insurance
Build what you like... Just not Youth Academy or Kicking Coaches.

Did I miss out on anything?

I'd personally consider the shop to be a lower priority than some of the other things mentioned (fitness, training hall, total seats up to around 35k and other coaches).

It all depends on how much capital you have to throw all in one go. The shop fully upgraded is relatively cheap compared to other things (training hall, I'm looking at you). If you can afford all the above things and then another $550k for a fully upgrade shop, then go for it. If not, the shop takes a while to make back what you've invested in it before going into the black. Consider you're in a competitive Division 5. The fact you're division five is approximately 40% of your revenue chopped off from the shop already. Admittedly, this is nullified somewhat by the fact you won't be dead last, and for every position above that you get 10% back alongside bonuses for winning games and negatives for losing.

Assuming you break even at 0% bonus/negative, at full upgrade while taking into consideration maintenance, it will take you 33 weeks to make your investment back. You'll probably be in the slight positives, and thus make it back a little quicker, but that's still a long time. At the same time, you could invest that $550k now somewhere else that will give better benefits immediately.

So in summary, if you're rolling in money, build a shop fully upgraded. Otherwise, stick to other priorities first in my opinion.

EDIT: If you're going to build a shop, upgrade it. Purely because you have a higher ratio of base profit compared to investment. E.g. Initially you pay $350k for $4500 profit per week (About 1.3% of investment). One upgrade, you pay $400k for $7500 profit per week (1.9% of investment). I think you get the idea, as the rest of the upgrades progressively increase that profit to investment ratio per week.Last edited on 2012-05-24 at 11:27

I can't remember the details, but I think upgrading it fully gives the best ROI.

Edit: The dude that posted 9 seconds before me is right... Listen to him.

Correct! See my edit at the bottom, which explains why upgrading it (if you can afford it) is the best idea.
