I'm sure I once read this somewhere, hopefully somebody can confirm/deny .....

If I'm hiring new coaches, is it true that I need to have X number of week's wages for that coach/those coaches in the bank ??

If so, how many weeks wages do I need to have in the bank ?

Also, do I just need to have the money in the bank when I initially hire the coaches ? .... what I mean is .... can I hire the coaches (having the future wages in the bank) and then once I've hired the coaches, immediately go out and spend the money on my stadium (or whatever).

Well i have read something about it to. Just can't seem to find it anywhere, but i think that it's 3 weeks of wages, that means if Fitness coach is added to 20. You need to have 690.000$ additional in the bank, but you will still have those money to use. Thats just how i understand it, but maybe i am wrong.

You need 10 weeks worth of salary in the bank to hire coaches, plus enough to cover the bonus. The bonus is taken out when you buy the coaches. Yes, you can then spend the money on something else afterwards. You just need to have the money in the bank at the moment of purchase.

When buying coaches, remember that you are firing your current staff and re-hiring a new staff, so the numbers you put in are what you will have when done. It's not added in any way to what you already have.

Excellent guys, thanks for the info ...I might ask TFS for a loan, in fact .. according to mrcasado ... TFS could give the Federal Reserve a loan
