I have read them somewhere but have trawled FAQ, Rules and posts from end of December and cant find:

"When do the wages and player ages increase?"

- Is it next Thursday (19th April)?

Sun15 - last game for season 10
Mon16 - friendly
Tue17 -
Wed18 - economy update
Thu19 -
Fri20 - training update, then wage and age updates, retirements, prize money 9-5 server time
Sat21 -
Sun22 - no league game
Mon23 - friendly
Tue24 -
Wed25 - economy update
Thu26 -
Fri27 - training update
Sat28 -
Sun29 - first game for season 11
Mon30 - friendly

subsitute Sun and Sat depending on which area you play in.

Is there a reset on players energy levels in the End of Season Updates?

No.
They get older and (possibly) more expensive (higher salaries if skills have improved), but the energy is not affected.

Just don't train that hard... unless you accept not winning and am just building, you are hurting yourself more by only having 85-90% energy.

No, next weeks friendly will be the old engine, V3 is introduced on friday 27th.
Then we can test it the week after. Stated in todays news.
