I put forth a suggestion a long time ago that would solve this problem entirely(and peter has taken it and used it in his game to much success(at least I like to think he got the idea from me.. ) but there doesn't seem to be much of a concern about it, I just want whats best for the game so if I'm in the minority, it's whatever. It's also very easy to cheat by ditching players too expensive to keep doing this..

Could be random or just buying s.os' cleaned out players or not.

I noticed that and wondered if he was doing that, but then I had another idea ... I noticed that he bought ridiculously high-waged players, but he also seemed to have a roster size that was about roster minimum ... so I think he fired his low-waged starters whilst buying the imported players .... this meant that when/if it entered his head that he needed to fire the expensive players he couldn't as he was almost at roster minimum .

I've just counted, he has 19 players and I think roster minimum is 18, means that even if he wanted to he could only fire one expensive player.
Obviously he could have sold the players, but that would take time and I'm not sure who would buy them (a similar fool like himself probably).

But there are 2 other explanations ...he didn't care about the high wages, probably thought that the bot warning he got was a bluff .... or maybe there was something dodgy going on and that team was just a front for some money transfer .... if it was then it was committed in the most public way possible because you can't help but draw attention to yourself when you become the 9th highest average wage in the whole of GI within just 5 days .... if you're breaking records in GI, especially the wrong type of records, people are going to notice and people are going to comment ..... I still think there's no smoke without fire ! i.e. Dodgy !
