I've seen plenty of new teams who immediately hit the transfer market and buy 1 or 2 players with wages that they can't really afford, I'm sure most managers did something similar at the beginning of their careers ( I know that I did), however check out this team(see link below) ..... I think he's on his way to Botdom super quick, those wages are even higher than some teams in the Top Div, unbelievable !

p.s. - check some of the transfer fees too, pretty steep for a 5-day old team.

edit - just checked, this team has the 9th highest average wages in the whole game .... that's some going in the space of just 5 days Last edited on 2012-04-10 at 20:02

Part of it is due to the fact that the Atlantic Region has only 3 divisions. That team has probably gone bot with high wages
and was reassigned! But part of it is also his transferpolicy. Will be interesting how long he will make it.

He must be doing it for a laugh, because there's no way that team will last more than a week.

It wouldn't matter what happened to the team before he took over. Whenever a team gets a new owner, they also get a new roster. So all of it is his doing.

But how do you explain high wages after 5 days of control for players which are not bought?

All but 2 players on his roster are listed as bought players on his club transfers list. He must have fired all but those 2 off his original roster.

Gone Bot (surprise,surprise...not !) ... so, from zero to 'hero' to zero in 13 days ... not bad !
The chinese teams are certainly making an impact in GI, if it's not their teams with crazy wages then it's their *cough* optimistic *cough* talent ratings in the transfer ads, don't mean to tar all the nation with the same brush but... what's that old saying ...if the cap fits, wear it ...
