okay is then any way to change (move) the training from Friday to Thursday for team so play Saturday?

Actually you can't move the training either!
The time for training update is always fixed, just like the days for league, cup, friendlies, national team and AFLC games!

so i need to live whit that i only get 32 hours to fix my team if any player get injury by training when some other team get 65 hours to fix there team

Exactly, but you can fix your team already during the week,so you would only have to react to injuries from friday to saturday.

Yes, its lame, mainly because of the bot off/def thing.. I lost out on promotion last season because of it, and Im sure alot of others have too.. Hopefully the will come up with a solution for next season (given the new engine arrives in time)

that is what i do except i do not have much time from Friday to Saturday so if i get injury then it is 90% secure i will play bot tactic
