Just wanted to say, what a thriller of couple of games in the semi-finals.

Iron Backs came from behind with 52.8% completion rate to score the deciding TD in the last quarter. Huskies took the lead on several occasions with Iron Backs making ground. However, the experience of a couple of key players done the job. Very good game and would like to thank the duskies for a great challenge.

Skinks had a 52% completion rate which should have won the game in the last quarter, however, the 49ers, hung in there to win by a FG. Another surprise loss even though the Skinks made 2 Interceptions with outstanding talent just couldnt muscle home in time. 49er's T/E selections seem to be the key play in this game to make it to the final.

The final game will be interesting with the 49er's needing to win over the Iron backs who are in Top class and who also beat them in last weeks league match. So good luck to both teams in the regional cup final. If the Tuff Gong Iron Backs win the final it will be their first regional cup trophy.

It's not the first time, away games at the 49ers have been a bogey match for me for several seasons.

Huh? Skinks have won TD, so they are into the AFLC. Only time the runner up gets a ticket into the AFLC is when both the Cup winner and TD winner are the same team.

Hence why I got into the AFLC 2 seaons ago. 49ers won both, I was runner up in the Cup.
