The FAQ guide is not very clear, I already have a Fitness Center and Fitness Coach, I just finished my Training Hall with full upgrades, the question is do I recieve 20 add'l points when training fitness because of the new Training Hall on top of what I already recieve for the coach and fitness center?

No, training hall provides 20 training points for training in all categories except fitness. The fitness center only helps fitness, so you have a facility to help each category.
