First off all welcome to the game
Friendly challenges are fairly easy to get. You simply go onto
the teams Main page. On the top right side of the stadium,
there is the challenge button. After hitting it, you choose the
Stadium, yours or the other, Where you want to play(bigger One)
and send it.
That's it.
You will then be notified if the challenge is accepted or rejected.

I forgot to mention that, sorry for that. That button is grey, if that team
already assigned/fixed a friendly with a team, then you can't challenge that team for
the next monday.

If the team is free, you can select the stadium on the screen,
which follows After hitting the described Button.

Your first friendlies should be played at the opposing teams stadium
to gain High Ticket-income.
But you already have 1000 Seats, so you could theoretically Play
a home friendly.
To answer your question, no you don't have to, but you should.

It is a little bit of a ball ache trying to hunt down a team who haven't got a friendly. Worse things happen at sea and all that, but it'd be nice if you could filter the ones who've already got a game.

And yes, I know you can place an ad, but your ad doesn't disappear once you've accepted a game, so the people responding face the same dilemma.

Thank you for the explanation on why the challenge button is geyed out. Makes sense to me now.

I see the challenge someone sent me. Is there something I need to do in order to accept the challenge?
