i was taking a look have team so win my division was going and what subprice last 3 winners go all to the same division IV.21 is that normal or ????

yup you always go up to the division that is your division numbe divided by 3 rounding up

Considering there are 3 times as many divisions as the division above, I presume it follows a pattern to help keep it in order. (And it's probably easier to code)

Also on a side note, if the both of us were to win our divisions, we'd be in IV.21 together

so team from V.1 & V.2 & V.3 will 100% go to IV.1
and V.4,5&6 go to IV.2
