I was looking on the transfermarket and i noticed that a lot of players with relative low skills have a very high rating.
How is that possible? Because a player with for example 12 blocking can have the same rating as a player with 20 blocking? (assume that the other skills are exactly the same)

Rating is built up from game experience and caps based on talent.
