When should I start training stamina and what is the minimum for a starter?

Also, do kickers and punters really benefit from footwork? I thought that was only an OL thing, but I see high footwork on NT kickers.

Don't know about stamina. In this engine I think it does not help at all. But if you want to be ready for the new engine, stamina will probably be usefull then..

The reason that national team kickers have high footwork is that they are maxed at kicking and punting. If there is anything usefull for a kciker besides kicking in this game, footwork is probably it...

Train stamina after you have found the STR/SPD caps.

Never heard of kickers training footwork before. Only for RB/KR for me.

Add gunners(after sp/str/tacklin) /OL(after str/block) to that list.
And if you have maxed out all other relevant skills,"I think" wr could use fw but I dont
really have enough proof

better to train stamina the same time as finding your speed/strength caps.

I agree. It is useless to train stamina after you´ve capped strength and speed.

I only train stamina once I can't train anything else for salary cost reasons.

Why not just try to push speed / strength one more notch?? (If speed + strength < 35)...

Doesn't stamina has an affect on the game rating stars? If the player doesn't have enough stamina, the end of game rating is lower than at the beginning of the match.
That was my theory till now.
