If you are supporter you can see in the training details.
If you are no supporter you have to keep track yourself.

When the little star a the end of his physical skills turns red! You dont want this to happen but if it does and the skill is under say 16, there is a chance you will have to play him somewhere less demanding for that skill. for example if your OL player gets his strength capped with a red star shown, and the skill level is at 16 you may want to think about playing him at special teams CB or G etc.
Or consider selling him to a younger team who may need his skills for a cheap price.
