In a stunning victory today, 9th place Division V Warriors defeat 3rd place Top Division Leeuwen in overtime. In front of a packed stadium, the two teams battled it out defensively with there being as many 3rd and Outs as there were first downs during the game. The Warriors eventually pulled the victory with a 75-yard overtime TD ran in by Zane Kauffman.

The League win was against a Bot Team. This friendly was against a Team in Top Division with a Stadium that has 4200 seats and a number of 3-Star Players, compared with my Division V team that has a 500 Seat Stadium and no Players over 2 stars, with most playing out of position to try and get their Positions to line up with their skills.

I think this game was a lot bigger than the league game. I know it's silly to start a thread over it, but whatever - it isn't as if there is a forum dedicated to friendly matches (as the regional and league forums don't exactly fit for friendlies).

Thanks. I know no one really cares.. but all good. I'm mostly happy about the $40k that the team got, too bad it wasn't a few hours earlier when I lost the bidding on a Player I really wanted - because I couldn't afford to bid any more.

I paid for a year on Day 1. I don't know for 100% certain that I'll stay with the game for a long time, but I know that the game will provide enough entertainment to justify the $20.
