confusing 4th down settings

"On 4th down punt or attempt a field goal" -> has got a tick box on the left AND a "Never" selection on the right side.

How can I change the settings to always play the 4th down (ro "go for it" and to never attempt a field goal or punt?

"Tick" the box
Set punt/kick to "Never"
Set unless yards to "<=50"
Set 4th and yards to "5"

So you will always go for a play on 4th if you are under 50yards to go and are in a 4th and 1/2/3/4/5 situation.

I've played around with a lot of the settings, and this is as close as I can get to always going for it on fourth down.
