I would focus on fitness training first since this improves all the players and doesn't raise their salaries at the end of the season.
So, build your fitness center first. It should be ready 10 days later. Try to start your build so that it finishes after the economy update, but before the training update. When it finishes, buy 20 fitness coaches, then buy all updates to the fitness center. Do the coaches first because you need to have 10 times the coaches salary plus the bonus payment in order to get the coaches. You don't lose the 10X salary, you just need to have it in order to get the coaches. You can then use this money to update your fitness center. By planning your finish time right and doing all the upgrades and coach hiring before training update, you will gain 40 training points for all players training fitness for that week.

I recommend focus training on speed or strength for all players.


Don't worry about training hall until you have money to buy it, all upgrades for it, and coaches for at least 1 of the areas it works for (attacking, defending, tactical, kicking).
