the game designers were creating a new game engine (dubbed V2) to improve the faults of the current game engine. this included BMI that game maximum values to strength/speed/agilty.

now the new engine has been scrapped, and a new 3rd version (dubbed V3) will be active by the end of the season. but no infirmation has come forth as to whether or not the same BMI effects will be in place.
