I got myself a 5 star talent TE today, so following on from my own and others consistency questions, as he is only cons 1 is it worth developing him as a TE as this is an important position in this game.....
Or should I try switching him to CB which he has a few skills for ?
Thanks

It sounds like the new engine will take height into consideration, if he is tall I would leave him as TE if short CB or WR once you know where his physicals are maxing
TE would be fine, assuming fitness gets to where you want it to be and also that you have a high con playing TE on the other side

I would not worry about con if he is 5 star talent. consistency dosnt really matter until you get to 3rd division at least. play him and train his skills for a few seasons, then sell him when you get a better replacement.
I would keep him as TE, but use two high con WR's (or only one if you don't have 2) on the same side. Or see if he can be a monster blocking TE if the new engine supports that.
His low con will mean he will play between 80 and 120% of his ability and if you get another TE than compare them and see...
