As I am starting to bring in cash more and more, have a fitness centre and a plan for continuing to build my stadium, is it worth yet buying a club shop if I have the funds ?

I'm in div V and around a 4th or 5th place finish is probable :-)

If you have the funds to build a club shop.. spend that $350k+ on your stadium..

I don't recommend building a club shop until all possible VIP and Exec boxes are built.

I am in div IV myself and was looking at the same thing, even after maxing out the good seats I think they really penalize you if you build it and you are not in Top Div, are ther any DIV III or Div IV teams that have done this? is it worth it?

I'm in div 4 and my shop has consistently earnt around $35k per week. I think after VIP and execs it's the next thing to build.

I built the club shop when I got to div II, that is what I would recommend. Div III if you think you will be in the top 2. Certainly have all your vip and exec seats built first.

it will pay for itself in 15 weeks even in div 4 get it when at full vip and execs

Due to a favourable schedule, I am makig around 40k a week in IV as #1. It will drop once I play the better teams, but still the Club Shop should generate money after at least 15 weeks - even in Division IV or as top team in Division V.

But only after VIP and Exec.

From there on it is a question of making a budget and see if you can have a team that can be financially stable with only VIP and Execs or if you need to build more normal seats.

Dont agree.. In my opinion you can build to at least 35k without ever asking questions
