I recently pulled a QB with a lot of talent 20 intel and very high teamwork, but only 1 passing and 1 vision. My current starter (the one I got when I started the game) has almost no talent 5 intel, the only reason I dont bench him is because he has 7 passing and 2 vision (havent trained it yet).


which should I start?

I agree with Chidash, against a Bot the skills wont matter (he is just handing off the ball), at this point all the playing time is important to incresed his BPOS and that does take time

Play the new guy against bots. Any legal lineup will not lose to a bot lineup.

Teamwork only counts for training, not for playing matches, so not very important.

And don't you think his consistency is a bit low for a QB?
