Thank you for your responses, could he play as or isn´t the best option for that player??

It depends on the Rating. If he has 2Stars as LB
let him play LB. If he has 1 Star you can play him out of Position,
as RB TE and others (what does the coaches say?)
My personal believe is the higher his Positioning Skill
is the faster he reaches Rating Stars and Change of Bpos.
(my opinion)

COMMENTS FROM THE COACH TEAM
Player's natural playing role is Kick returner
He can also play adequately as Tight End, Wide Receiver and Defensive Lineman
If really needed, he can also step in as Quarterback, Running Back, Linebacker and Cornerback

I will try to make a RB out of him .. good choice?

i'd rather make an WR out of him if i were you..
for an rb i feel like carrying would take a while till its good, and more importantly, since the rb's are part of the QB protection, a good one should have decent blocking.. which your player hasn't.
so i'd go with WR, and train vision..
but i'm sure there are others who are gonna suggest some other position

at the moment he plays wr. but i think he is a bit wasted for now. Because my passinggame really sucks. I have a very young Qb who will need a lot of time until he can pass ..

and Troger has good talent so i wasn`t sure if it is not even better to playing him as rb

Whatever you use him for, you need to train the vision.
Inho its equal important for WR or RB. the rest is OK.

good speed, awesome inteligence, 5 carrying, 5 footwork

I would recomend running back, if you have a nice infra structure for training players, you could try to train him as a WR or Kick Returner maybe....

but for any of these you could try to improve his agility or vision maybe, but focus on the main skills, and later on you get worried about the secondary ones

OK, just picked this player up for 3k and not sure where to put him:

4 star talent, 16 years old.
Positioning 1 Tackling 5 Punting 1
Vision 5 Blocking 5 Speed 7
Intelligence 12 Passing 5 Strength 15
Footwork 4 Catching 1 Agility 1
Carrying 3 Kicking 5 Stamina 2

Teamwork 3 Consistency 11 Weeks at club 1

Player's natural playing role is Running Back
He can also play adequately as Defensive Lineman, Cornerback, Safety and Gunner
If really needed, he can also step in as Tight End and Linebacker

I could use another solid safety so I'm leaning that way, but he could easily be on either line. Thanks for any input...
