You can work on them. Natural catching 10 is to high for dint use them. If you have more a passing game he is very good, just a lack of vision. If you ran a lot work on vision and blocking

I use passing a lot, so i should focus on training him on vision and skip the blocking?

He looks like a superb nominee for Tight End..or you could put him on the transfer market so I could put him on my team..

If you need help at LB use him,
Could be a Good RB,KR or TE.
Has low PO though so maybe not a fast converter.
