I would use low intelligence players as linemen, but his blocking and tackling are both poor. His attacking skills are good, catch, agility, carry are 5, but I would miss intelligence for an RB or WR.
My advice: Sell him!

Thanks for the tip. I thought about it, and I think I'll use him to replace my kick returner. I'll save almost $2000 in wages a week, which I don't think I'll get on the transfer market. Bit of a waste for such a talented player, though.

Here's an 18 year old QB I have currently playing CB. His Po sorta sucks for a CB and I'm thinking about moving him.

Po 1, Sp 15, St 7, Ag 5
Ta 3, Ca 5, Pa 4, In 4, Vi 3
Cr 5, Bl 3, Fo 4, Ki 5, Pu 5

Is he an okay CB? If his Po is too low for CB, where could I put him?

He is a suitable WR as well.

Who do I keep as WR and RB? I'm currently running thing with two WR's on one side, but am changing to one with two RB's. So, who is the RB, and who is the WR, and the back-up.

Hey guys! please help me, I think he would make a good WR! What do you think?

SKILLS
Positioning 5 Tackling 2 Punting 3
Vision 2 Blocking 4 Speed 14
Intelligence 13 Passing 3 Strength 13
Footwork 2 Catching 4 Agility 1
Carrying 2 Kicking 4 Stamina 2

COMMENTS FROM THE COACH TEAM
Player's natural playing role is Quarterback.
He can also play adequately as Wide Receiver, Defensive Lineman, Cornerback and Kicker.
If really needed, he can also step in as Offensive Lineman, Safety and Kick returner.

edit:

I'm running a 3-4 Defense

birka, although WR is the obvious choice, how young is this guy? And how badly do you need another WR?

I say that because when given specific training, he could play almost anywhere....

I was thinking DE. But then since his Tackling is kinda too low, I was wondering if it would make more sense training strength/ speed or training tackling or probably just letting him go.
Besides does the 1.5 talent stars indicate that he would reach 13 points on each skill at the most?

13 is his maximum, but with luck he can go up to 16. Speed, strength and stamina follow their own rules. Speed and strength have a hidden player-specific maximum. Stamina can go up to 20.

Tackling 3 is average for a youth pull. You can't get more than 5 for a youth pull, I think.

In comparison to all of his other primary skills, it really is not that low
