I was thinking about putting him as a gunner since there will be a free spot in few years, but how important is gunner for a team? I think he has a lot of talent so do you think I should put him somewhere else than ST?

Ok, I know it's not such a monster but since my team is new and i'm focusing on building a solid economy my roster is not that good either.
Anyway I just selected him from the youth team and I'm attracted by that 20 in intelligence, the good teamwork, the good strenght and decent talent.. with time he can become a very interesting player.
In which role should he play? (all except quarterback, already have a nice young guy)
I thought Linebacker... good idea? If yes what I should train first? Tackling?

I absolutely love him at Middle Linebacker
And yes, as far as training goes, tackling would be his priority for quite awhile.

maybe corner if u train his agility and positioning. but it'll take a while

With young, talented players, you should always play to your needs. The initially high catching and blocking lead me to say TE. But with some training, he'd make a great OL or MLB. He is fine if you need a QB, but if I was looking for a Franchise QB, he'd have 20 Intel and a higher consistency. But then again, play to your needs. Are you in need of a QB? If so, he'll suffice.

I wanted to ask you guys a question. When you're looking at a possible player pick up does the amount of roles he can fill adequately come into consideration at all ? Or do you strictly look at the numbers ?

I never look at their positions.
I look for the skillset #'s needed for the position I want to fill and then train and play him in the position I want him to change to.

I'd say put him at CB and train up his agility and tackling.
