4.5 star WR, 16yo

As a newb I'd like to know how rare this kind of players is. I need money for stadium but I'm not sure I should give up a player of this type.

How rare is this kind of player?
If i sell him, what should i start as a bid?

Hello there,

here is my point of view.
Since im newer than you you have to excuse my
harshness, but you shouldnt sell any player.
I looked on your roster and all your players Energy
is way under 90 %, you should do normal training
and spare some of you players.
Get any Youth Player you can also.

As for the stats of your player
sell em to me ;-)
Serious : you cant train Int. , Teamwork, Consitency
So this Player is nearly maxed out in this Skills.

With a maxed Staff and Training Facility
this could be a Star Player.
If you really need Money sell him high.

The Super Clubs could easely pay 50K

Player's natural playing role is Running Back
He can also play adequately as Offensive Lineman, Safety and Gunner
If really needed, he can also step in as Tight End, Wide Receiver, Quarterback and Linebacker

I've posted about him before here, but after some more reading and researching he seems to be a pretty good find except for that consistency number. My question is, how much of a factor does that consistency number play? I mean at 1 how bad a game could he have? Am I better off selling him and using another player in position that is a little less in speed, strength, and intel but is at 16 for consistency? Thanks for any help.

9. What is player's consistency?
If the player has 20 consistency, then the player will always play as good as he can. His match starting rating will only be affected by his fitness level and team chemistry. However, the lower the consistency value, the higher the chance the player will perform either better or worse than he is usually able to. Don't worry though, the player cannot play 2 times worse as he is able to, because his game rating can be affected by consistency for maximum 20% (gain or loss). Simply put, player with consistency 20 will always play at his full ability (given fitness and team chemistry permit it), while the performance of the player with consistency 1 will vary randomly from -20% to +20% of his basic performance rating in each game.

Basically, your player with 1 consistency can play anywhere from -20 to +20% off of what his skills are. This means that he could have some absolutely terrible games, but he could also have some great ones.

Seeing as how he looks like he could be a great QB skills wise, I'm not quite sure if it's worth taking a chance on such low consistency. Especially since with intelligence that high and passing that good he could probably get you some money on the transfer market. But, knowing that the effect of consistency is random and that he can perform that much BETTER than his skills as well, you could very well decide to keep him and he could be a great player for you. Just depends on if you think it's worth the risk.

Ok, here's my youth player for today. Any idea what to do with him? I'm thinking about making him a Special Teamer for now to take load of my other players but other than that I'm not really sure what to do with him. Train his speed and make him a TE? Or... I don't know. Suggestions?

TE would be the first choice...even keep him at RB. I found out with one of my RB's that you don't need speed to be successful, so concentate on training other areas first like agility, footwork, carry and position.

I'm thinking about playing him at D-Line, but can't really decide. He can play almost anywhere, so I'm thinking where my biggest weakness is, and I'm saying D-Line, but does anyone else have any useful insight?

Vision 7 Blocking 3 Speed 12
Intelligence 1 Passing 4 Strength 11
Footwork 2 Catching 3 Agility 1
Carrying 7 Kicking 6 Stamina 6
OTHER

I got nothing on the first one except "not QB". Way too low on intelligence for me to suggest him at QB. On the second guy, I'm thinking HB and train up agility. With 7 vision, 7 carrying, 6 stamina, and decent speed/strength, he looks like a great future HB with a some agility and footwork training. The low teamwork is a concern (due to the time it will take to train him up), but decent consistency could make up for it. Also, your other key stats are plenty good enough to give you time to train the other two, imo.
