He is built to play defense in my opinion, anywhere from MLB, to OLB, Safety, or CB, depending on your needs. And with a bit of training, he could become a decent WR or HB too. Haha, I guess I probably didn't help ya narrow it down very much, but I think that shows the potential he has.. Good pick up

For my QB's, i'd prefer a higher Intelligence and Consistency, so unless you really need one, I wouldn't stick him there. His speed and strength lean me to say HB over WR, and if you needed one, even TE over WR. But HB wins out in the end, I think, and with quite a bit of agility and carrying training, I think you've found a real winner there. (But seriously, consider TE )

Teamwork only effects training. Team chemistry effects game performance.

Alright, next question: I picked up this youth player today and cant quite figure out what to do with him.
He has good speed and strength but doesnt really excel at anything!
Ideas?

I would place him at HB (because Carrying, Vision, Strength, Speed & Agility are all decent). If he had more Blocking, he'd be a decent FB as well.

BTW, all new players start with half a star of team chemistry.
