Vision 4
Carrying 4
Intelligence 20

Player's natural playing role is Wide Receiver
He can also play adequately as Running Back, Defensive Lineman, Linebacker, Cornerback, Safety, Kicker and Gunner
If really needed, he can also step in as Tight End

I think I should keep him as WR (don't need RBs right now, I'm good there).
What are your thoughts?

With more catching, positioning, vision and carrying he would be quite good. So train him as a WR, yes.

Honestly, for a lot of these guys, I think the answer is probably to sell or fire the player and spend a couple of grand and buy a player with better overall skills. The market is pretty flooded right now -- no reason to hold on and train players with poor Teamwork/Consistancy numbers and only mediocre skills.

I see a lot of guys with 7-9 speed & strength and I really struggle to see where they can be productive players.

we can't see your players stats when you link them Auburn, if you want us to critique please copy and paste their stats here, If you're worried about your opponent scouting you this way leave his name and position off.

If he has Talent QB!!!! very very nice find for that position. Heck even if he doesn't have talent play him there

So if I have a 19 year old with a seven in passing train him up to be a QB ? He's listed as an OL. Nevermind has the brains of a snail.
