Just having the Name and ID no one can give you an estimation - price depends on skills, TeamWork, Consistency - and for sure on the fact if physicals are capped or not.

You need time to get a feeling for the game, more time to build a team - there is no "buy some good ones to get wins fast"...

I think it's only the physical stats that can be maxed. New pulls won't have maxed these stats out but they may not go up much. (20 skill level is maximum for all skill levels - physical can be maxed below that).

Without paying money for the game (supporters account) then you have to do some manual monitoring of the skills over several weeks. If they go up, they haven't reached the max. If they stay at the same level for three weeks then they are probably maxed. Things that will make the training take longer are the players age and the teamwork of the player. Also your trainer staff skill and training/fitness centre level.

It is - players on recently created teams get the weeks assigned by random.

Check the player ids on his team
