I'm currently getting my guys fit with a 20 rated fitness coach and a fully upgraded centre

However once they are fit and my stadium is a better size, I will get myself a proper training centre - I see that to hire coaches you need to fire the existing team...... if all my guys are as fit as they can be, when I do this, is there need to re hire a 20 rated fitness coach again ?

What do you experienced guys do ?
