I forgot to put talents in my recent ad. When can I post another and is it bad form to put the talent here? (I know some people object to players "advertising" in the forum)

Next possible AD:

Talents in the forum... well, only when its a firesale because the team is quitting...

...all other belong to the transfer market Ad...
