Since he is 6'3 he will be worth alot of money, so I'd say sell him unless you have the capacity and desire to train your franchise QB (what I would probably do in your situation).. He would be suitable for both QB, MLB and SF IMO, so if you are already set on QB, you could consider these positions too..

If not, just say the word, Ill be happy to put a nice starting bid on him if youd like

If you want to compete one day with the big guys in TopDivision...

...you will have to go all the way up to 19/20

I would do it in steps:

This season Pass 8 - then Vision
Next season Pass 12 - then Vision
Season After Pass 16 - then Vision - when played all the friendlies and maybe also some league vs. bots also his rating should be now at around 4*
Season 4 from now: Up to 20 and then vision

You should get up your stadium to 20-25K this season - after that go for Training Hall & Coaches

After that continue expand your arena...

50k is save - even 60k should be fine - 70k is a bit risky in case you promote to TopDivision it will depend on your perfomance
