What is better in the passing game guys.Is a hb or fb better to block when passing?

Besides the fact that I've tested it just for a few games, I would say, it's FB to protect pass game rather than HBs.

Similar question then, as I play a single back formation usually anyway would it be worth me playing him at fb or will that affect his rushing, being a lowly 5th divisioner I still have to run at the moment.

Well, I don't remember the outcomes of my tests, but I would put your RB on the HB position.

If you have an additional player in your roster, put him as FB, no matter what skills he has.
