As said he is a National Teamplayer, but with bad consistency. What should i do, and what is a reasonable price to sell him for? Give me some usefull advices!
Thank you!

I don't understand. I thought the only thing(s) that could be capped were things that were 'trainable', such as strength and speed.
I didn't think that intelligence was trainable or could/would improve in any way, so surely it's not "capped", it's just fixed at the initial level (for ever). Please can someone clarify ? Thanks.
Yeah, I'm definitely confused now !!

I would keep the first player. Better speed and talent beat the lack of consistency in my opinion.

Keep the first one, anyone under 3.5* talent has a limited run on your team anyway.

Its more a question of how many more seasons do you think you need a "good rb" for.
Unless the second player is a lot younger than the first, the first player should eventually be better than the second.
Then again Id probably move the first player to a GI-relevant position but thats just me.
