i just got a new wr with a youth pull. he is sixteen and has 5 talent would he be any good?

if i put him on the transfer list would anybody buy him. they cant see the talent so why would they buy him.

We work on an honour system. If you lie, noone will ever buy from you again.

For example I think i scouted the receiver your talking about and I think he had 4.5* talent. Which one affect a lot money wise but is different.
