a player plays about 30% worse when he joins your team, which is roughly similar to rl

if the higher skills are 30% more than the players with good team chemistry, then the high skills players will win.
and if they are not 30% higher, then the good team chemistry players will win.
read the FAQ for how team chemestry effects players skills for more info.

PLaying a guy at kicker gives him 5 star team chemistry. So in friendlies use new guys at kicker

Play him ONLY on kicker just for one game - this is the important point.
Playing him in the same game on any off/deff position AND kicker is a "waste" since it wont work
