Each friendly game a player has 50% chance to gain 1 point of experience. Each official game a player has 75% of chance to gain 1 point of experience. Each AFLC game a player has 100% to gain a point of experience plus 50% to gain another.

Well, the question on how important experience is, might not be answered properly. Besides the fact, that players with higher experience raise their tem chemistry much faster, there is a dispute if it has an effect on the game rating.

My personal opinion is, that it has an effect on the game rating, but that's not based on statistical data.
