I wonder how come we can't see the talent of a player on the transfer.
Is there a way to now that?

Two ways to find out talent, only one way is guaranteed.
1.) Scout the player. It costs $3500 per player and you can only scout 5 players per week (Training period to Training period).
2.) Ask the current owner nicely. He may tell you, he may not. And there's no guarantee that he will be honest, though most are.

There is actually a third way to find out the talent. Ask a friend on here who you know and trust to scout a player for you, if you have run out of scouts. You can return the favor for them down the road one week when you have extra scouts not used

Why is the talent actually hidden anyway? I'd rather see the talent if i buy/sell players? Who's winning by the 3500 you have to pay for it?

Well, most time the seller is winning 'cause talent is an important factor in GI and most managers try to prevent extra costs by scouting too much. (unless it might be an expensive transfer).

Same question for caps. Of course, it's only be seen by supporters, but makes the TM more obscure and therefore more'thrilling'. Might be the intention of the admins...

I understand that you can "win" as a buyer, but on the other hand you "lose" if you sell a player

You don't need to lose if you set it to more then 2500$. If you have the fee covered then you don't lose anything but the player you decided to sell.

Unless the player doesn't sell, in which case you do lose the $2500.

If a player didn't sell, he would be rubbish that should've just been fired.

It cost $0 to fire a player.
