I seem to see that all new players get the lowest ranked team. What about those teams who are bots and are higher ranked? Can you takeover those?

I would also go for the more 'random' approach. I think it chooses any random team, but depending on how long time the team has been ++BOT++ - the lower it is in the league.

_Prehaps_ there is a counter that gives you the oldest ++BOT++ team in the division, but I am not sold on the idea.
